ESOP Associate (Virtual Position)

Our clients are located all across Canada, some having locations internationally. Most of our business is completed virtually (working from home).

We are looking for a self-starter who can identify and action what needs to be done, manage multiple priorities at once, and be innovate and creative in providing recommendations to clients’ needs. You must also be comfortable working virtually with various online tools. If you possess these traits and are also focused on efficiency and logical process improvement, we want to meet you!

This position is full-time in a virtual work environment where the successful candidate would work from home, with some flexibility in work hours based on job demands and work load. It requires an excellent communicator; someone who enjoys speaking with many different people every day at all corporate levels including professionals (such as lawyers), and who builds relationships easily. The successful individual would be responsible for nurturing and bringing prospects into a client relationship, and managing every aspect of client projects, from the initial fact-finding stage to complete design and implementation of an ESOP.

A minimum of three years working experience in a business setting or post-secondary education with sufficient co-op or internship experience is required.

  • Are able to recommend other tools and automation systems which you have used
  • Have at least three years working experience in a business setting or post-secondary education with sufficient co-op or internship experience

What you will do:

  • Learn and become familiar with the ESOP Transformation Model™️
  • Assist to market the ESOP Transformation Model™️ and attend speaking engagements to bring awareness to this important business concept
  • Communicate successfully with prospective clients
  • Manage client projects
    • Schedule and Conduct meetings, interviews and surveys with clients, clients’ employees, and external professionals
    • Frequently track project progress using a critical path and follow-up with outstanding items
    • Coordinate client billing with Accounts Receivable
    • Coordinate with the Director of Client Services to ensure proper and efficient client tracking and follow-up is maintained
    • Manage clients’ files within ESOP Builder’s system
  • Liaise with external professionals on behalf of the client
  • Identify clients’ needs discover solutions
  • Write drafts and final reports on findings during discovery phase of an ESOP project and recommendations to meet clients’ needs, and present to and discuss with the client
  • Facilitate ESOP meetings within the client’s organization as part of the ESOP design and implementation process
  • Draft the ESOP Blueprint based on client ESOP meetings and survey data
  • Overall, facilitate and coordinate all components of the ESOP Transformation Model™️

You would stand out from other candidates if you are also:

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Experienced in sales and account management in a service setting
  • Knowledgeable about ESOPs

Success in this role can be measured through:

  • Client satisfaction surveys – responses are consistently positive (give 4+ star service rating and 7+ recommendation rating)
  • Client material (Reports, ESOP Blueprint) have correct, comprehensive content, and are consistently free from error
  • The number of prospects and clients who continue to engage in work with ESOP Builders

The successful candidate would be paid an annual salary.
